We have a training school that responds to the need to train professionals who want to start in the world of Pizza Delivery, or those people who want to have first-hand information to be able to take, where appropriate, the decision to open a local Pizza delivery, as well as entrepreneurs who are already part of this sector and require specific training or advice. The school has some facilities over 170 m2 designed to facilitate learning throughout the production process from the pizza making dough stretched until the coupling and cooking pizza providing training on cross rates used in the cheese sector, sauces, different body types, the most common product problems and solutions.
